The Challenge

Rockbox Structures wanted to create a professional website that showcases their services by creating an online portfolio that is modern, responsive and easy to manage. Ultimately, they wanted to feature their services, provide case studies for prospective clients, and create a more sustainable environment for an integrated CRM and CMS.

Their previous website’s CMS was difficult to manage, their page speed was slow, and they wanted Zapier integration for better CRM. They approached Nimble to create an updated website that is fast, responsive and clean. They desired a bold, modern design distinct from their competitors, and a complete website refresh, along with custom filtering and CRM tool integration.

The Nimble Solution

Nimble created a large website with a bold, modern and simple design to improve the user experience and prioritize mobile users. Key features included their custom filtering system for case studies and CMS filtering for services. Their new CMS was much easier to use and manage/update services and product offerings as well as case studies. We also added Zapier integration to the website.

Results

The Rockbox Structures website saw an improved page speed — 93 points on desktop, 74 points on mobile. The simplified path to conversion has shown an increase in form submissions, and the working CRM integration funnels forms to proper sales channels.
